We stand behind the quality of our products. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with a refund, exchange, or store credit—your choice!
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits (due to their intimate nature)
- Booty Shorts
- Bike Shorts
Please note this does not apply to items received damaged or defective—we’ll gladly replace those.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Instructions for returning your item(s)
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to our return address:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify the new size you’d like in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
For color or style exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
