Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

International Customers: Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable if you return your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sunreef Bikinis activewear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bodysuits (due to their intimate nature)
  • Booty Shorts
  • Bike Shorts

Exception: This policy does not apply to items received damaged or defective—we’ll gladly replace those!

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Instructions for returning your item(s)
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:

  • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Specify the new size you’d like in your request
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

For color or style exchanges: Please place a new order and return the original item.
